Nahed Alhaj is an experienced community educator and facilitator with more than 20 years in business administration and management. She holds a Bachelor in Business Administration & Economics, bringing strong leadership, coordination, and organisational expertise to her work with families and community organisations.

Nahed’s professional journey includes delivering parenting workshops, supporting caregivers, and contributing to programmes that promote family wellbeing. She is known for her warm, practical, and culturally responsive approach, ensuring every participant feels valued, respected, and understood.

Her commitment to community service extends beyond her professional roles. Nahed has volunteered across various sectors, contributing to initiatives that support youth, strengthen families, and build community connection. Her dedication to service, combined with her passion for education, shapes the supportive and empowering environment she creates in every workshop.

Natasha Tutaki, known as Tash, is a Māori and Cook Island business owner andcommunity-focused wahine based in Tāmaki Makaurau. She has several yearsexperience across business, administration, employment advisory andcommunity-based services.

Tash is purposeful about building meaningful relationships and contributing to positive outcomes for individuals and whānau. She brings a practical, people-centred approach to everything she does, guided by her faith, cultural awareness and genuine commitment to serving others.

As a co-founder of MAAIA Limited and ML Community Consultants, Tash combines entrepreneurship with her passion for Māori Pākihi, business development and community employment. She values opportunities to support others and has volunteered and worked across various sectors and community organisations contributing to initiatives that support youth, strengthen  whānau, build community connection and create work that has a meaningful and lasting impact.

Outside of her mahi, Tash is a wife, mother of four and grandmother of four.Her faith remains at the heart of who she is and continues to shape her whānau,values, purpose and connection to the wider community.

Teacher of religious studies and student for a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in Marriage and Families and Bachelor in Applied Environmental Studies. Certificate in Marriage and Families. Chair for Child Abuse Prevention Foundation, served on various adult community education boards, Treasurer for Te Huruhi Marae Trust - Ngati Mahia. I have two adult sons and three granddaughters. I have worked in many administration positions in my 40 year working life. I now enjoy doing voluntary work and giving back.

Michael has five adult children and 10 grandchildren. Background in law, having practiced as a lawyer for more than 30 years. Retired partner of a reputable law firm, who is now supporting community groups and initiatives, throughout Auckland, particularly Training & Employment, Adult Community Education and child Abuse prevention.
